ROOTS + WEST RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your ROOTS + WEST purchase! Because we are a small boutique with limited quantites, we offer returns for store credit only within 14 days.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and must have all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale or discounted merchandise, accesories, bodysuits, beauty/personal-care items, and items from THE THRIFT EDIT are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order being marked ready for pick up. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

 

STORE CREDIT

Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the eligible item(s). We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment unless required by law.

 

ROOTS + WEST reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements above.
