Shipping policy

ROOTS + WEST SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping ROOTS + WEST! We're a small boutique and work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING 

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $100 or more receive FREE standard shipping. Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days are your order has been processed.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available for $15. Estimated transit time is 1-2 business days after processing. Selecting express shipping does not change our order proessing time.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available at our Chattanooga and Chickamauga pick up locations. Please wait until you receive your "Ready for Pickup" notification before arriving. Pickup instructions will be included with your order notification.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

ROOTS + WEST is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
